The Discounted Fee for Continuous Enrollment Is $145 per Family
The continuous enrollment fee will draft automatically from your Facts account on February 15. Families who do not have an auto-draft account will need to log in to Facts to pay the fee by February 15.
Continuous Enrollment at Liberty Christian Academy is the process we now use to automatically re-enroll your student(s) for the following school year. LCA is blessed with over 90% of eligible students returning each school year. The LCA continuous enrollment process makes it easier for our parents and students to maintain their registration year after year until graduation. Parents and guardians no longer have to complete any paperwork to re-enroll their currently enrolled children for the next year.

Yes, the continuous enrollment fee will be added to your Facts account with a due date/draft date of February 15, 2025. The continual enrollment fee will be $145 per family for the 2025-2026 school year.
You may opt out of continuous enrollment by submitting a 2025-2026 Withdrawal Form to the Office of Student Accounts during the continuous enrollment period of January 13, 2025 – January 31, 2025.
If a withdrawal form is submitted during this period, the continuous enrollment fee will be removed. You will then be able to re-enroll when you are ready to do so at the re-enrollment rate of $270 as long as space is still available in the grade level needed.
A family’s ability to pay tuition is a key factor in the enrollment decision. If you are applying for tuition assistance for the upcoming school year, you may stay continuously enrolled at the rate of $145 on February 15, 2025.
You will have until March 31, 2025, to withdraw your child(ren) if the Tuition Assistance Award is not enough for your family to remain at LCA. Withdrawing by March 31, 2025, would guarantee that you are not responsible for any tuition for the 2025-2026 school year and would make your continuous enrollment fee refundable.
The 2025-2026 TRBC Tithing Member Discount application deadline is February 10, 2025.
There is no fee to apply. Membership and tithing records will be verified by Thomas Road Baptist Church.
In order to apply for the Full-Time Pastor/Missionary Discount you must apply through the Tuition Assistance application and pay the fee of $45 to be evaluated.
The 2025-2026 FTPM Discount application deadline is August 15, 2025.
